What exactly does a check-in visit involve?
A check-in can be a friendly phone call or a short in-person drop-in, depending on what suits your relative. The focus is simply on a warm, steady conversation — how the day is going, any plans for the week. Afterwards, a brief summary note is sent to whichever family members you have listed. No assessments, no forms — just a genuine check-in.
How do you match a companion with my relative?
We start with a short telephone conversation with you and, where possible, a brief introduction to your relative. We take note of interests, preferred topics of conversation, language comfort, and daily routines. From there we suggest a companion whose background and temperament we think will suit. If the first match does not feel right, we are happy to try again — no fuss about it.
What areas in Kuala Lumpur do you cover?
We are based in Sri Hartamas and regularly arrange visits across Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights, Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, and surrounding Klang Valley areas. If you are unsure whether your neighbourhood falls within our range, please give us a call — it is usually straightforward to confirm.
How is pricing structured?
Each service has a fixed fee in Malaysian Ringgit. Regular Check-ins start from RM 560, Companionship Visit Coordination from RM 1,600, and Caregiver Guidance Workshops from RM 4,100. The fee covers the full scope described on our Solutions page. There are no hidden costs added after you begin.
Can I change the frequency of visits once we have started?
Yes — life changes and so do needs. If you would like more or fewer visits, or want to adjust the timing, simply let us know. We ask for a few days' notice where possible so we can make sure the right person is available, but we do our best to be accommodating.
Who receives the family update summaries?
You decide. When you set up the service, you give us a list of contacts — it might be just you, or it might include a sibling who lives abroad, for example. Updates go only to those contacts. You can update the list at any time by contacting us.
